Deborah Richardson is an innovative business strategist, designer and visionary. She balances her life as an executive coach and entrepreneur.
With a proven track record in business start ups, brand concept and business development, Deborah utilizes an intuitive approach to assist others to expedite their plan of action. As a speaker and facilitator Deborah guides the audience through a series of ‘what if’ scenarios that stretches the mind beyond the usual approach to goal setting.
Philanthropic spirit keeps Deborah working on projects and within the business community. She just recently spent three years as a board member of the Kerrisdale Business Association. She has been working with youth in business for five years with the CYBF as a business mentor and has applied to join their business advisory panel.
Deborah has attended the Cornish Institute of the Arts, (Seattle Washington), Sauder Schools of Business (UBC) and BCIT. She is currently on faculty at Langara, Continuing Studies and has completed the Instructional Skills Workshop at Langara College developed for business professional facilitating at the University or College Level. She concentrated most of her education efforts in 2011 to learning the concepts of social media and has been successful in turning her efforts into tangible results.
In September 2011 she was accepted into the Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University and will obtain her CEC in April this year. She is also half way through gaining the required hours for the ACC accreditation which will also be achieved by April 2012.
Previous to enrolling in the coaching program Deborah had been working with entrepreneurs in business development utilizing her vast personal business experiences. She has previously operated a retail boutique, chain of wine making stores and a community newspaper.
Deborah is a successful entrepreneur who is compassionate about empowering others to progress it their personal and professional lives.
The event will be FREE for members, and $5 for non-members.
