Meet Alyssa:
Alyssa is the self love course creator of the Let Me Introduce Yourself course and Media Sales Rep for the Calgary Herald & Calgary Sun. She is passionate about helping women to develop tangible steps to increasing self love and taking action in their self love journey.
After a mixture of learning and developing her tactics for self love and practicing them for over 10 years, Alyssa knows what unapologetic self love feels like as an adult woman and wants to share with others to cultivate self love for themselves.
