Tara Adams

In 2020, Tara founded Abridge Consulting. Her vision was simple - get more people, more help, sooner. She is a believer that we can all learn how to be a bridge between people struggling with their mental health to the support they need and deserve. She is a leader in health and wellness for clients, partners, community, and her family. Through years of experience and professional development, she has honed her specialty in mental health training and consulting in the workplace and sports world.

Through Tara's background as a Corporate Wellness Manager at ATB from 2014-2020, she championed workplace mental health and overall employee total health for 6,000+ ATB team members province wide by building enterprise wide strategies for mental, physical, emotional and financial wellness. The results of her workplace mental health training program were closely measured and outperformed similar organizations across Canada.

Tara calls herself a “relatable” role model who does her best to invest in her own mental and physical health, however, also knows that she can do more. Tara is relatable to many of us with having a busy home life, was a semi-competitive tennis player and have big plans to conquer the amateur senior’s tennis tour someday.
