What does an inclusive workplace actually look like? How does it feel to work in an inclusive workplace?
Diverse and inclusive workplaces not only lead to better business performance and growth, but also earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees. As companies spending money on D & I initiatives and adding policies for diversity to their mandates, how can we help and support our colleagues and coworkers who feel underrepresented?
Join us as we host a panel of outstanding speakers talking about diversity and inclusion. As advocates for diversity and inclusion in the community, our panelists will be sharing their knowledge from their lived and professional experiences, leading discussions on diversity and inclusion initiatives, and inspiring you, aspiring leaders in business, to nourish inclusion in the workplace.
The panel will be followed by an open floor discussion for participants engage with the guest speakers. This event will be held live on Wednesday, February 10, from 6:00PM - 7:30PM (Pacific Time) via Zoom.
Meet our panelists:
Linnaea Kershaw: Marketing Communications Specialist - Race Face/Easton Cycling
Kate Madden: Project Manager at Elementus Wealth Management.
