Farah Saad, Be Kalm Mindfulness Consulting
Its always been Farah's dream to help people connect with themselves and change the world. With over six years of sales experience working at various large corporations like PepsiCo Beverages Canada and Maple Leaf Foods, Farah knows firsthand the stress and high anxiety employees feel on a daily basis.
Like many others, Farah experienced a burnout and many unexpected absences which led to taking time off to travel the world in 2016. During this trip, Farah discovered eastern wellness practices to cope with stress, anxiety and other mental health issues through silent meditation retreat in Myanmar and training with spiritual healers in a temple in Bali, Indonesia.
Upon her return, Farah founded Be Kalm Mindfulness Consulting, a mindfulness consulting agency that specializes in stress and anxiety management, integrating mindfulness in the workplace, and 1 on 1 coaching. BeKalm's core principles of Authenticity, Freedom, and Innovation guide them in working with Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Organizations to unleash their full potential. Farah's goal is to shift the organizational culture in North America to embrace mindfulness as a value.
