Come to Trinity Bellwoods park in the early evening of June 21st. We will be meeting on the grass in the park, north of the tennis courts.
We'll be guided through some gentle movement and a meditation, cultivating our ability to be present and connected to our bodies. There's absolutely no experience necessary - practicing mindfulness through movement and meditation is open to all!
Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat (blanket or towel will do if you do not have one), water and comfortable clothing.
