We warmly welcome you to attend our biggest event of the year, Forge Ahead: Women in STEM Q&A Panel Discussion.
An exciting and insightful evening with a diverse group of five female industry leaders. Women—and their allies— are invited to attend this Q&A panel discussion on what it takes for women to thrive and succeed in traditionally male-dominated fields. This events pertains to women in all stages, whether you are an entrepreneur, employed, business owner, student, or self-employed.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN?
Knowledge. We will discuss strategies and tools to help women thrive and forge ahead in sectors where women leaders are underrepresented — such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Grounded in real life. The tools and tactics we will discuss will help women navigate the hidden, and not-so-hidden, obstacles they will face as they enter and persevere in male-dominated environments.
Spotlight on your potential. Attendees gain the toolss, strategies, skills and knowledge to not only become trailblazers in their fields, but also become agents of change for future generations.
Resources. All attendees will receive access to supplementary resources and tools to continue to explore the topic and to dig deeper into the insights and knowledge discussed during the event.
Leadership skills. Attendees will gain the opportunity to expand their leadership skill set by applying the skills and tools shared by the leaders.
Have your voice heard. Tell us what will you like to ask the panelist when you register, and we'll do our best to incorporate it into the topics of discussion.
Supportive community. This event will connect attendees with role models and mentors, with the goal of nourishing relationships and fostering a supportive community.
