Meet The YWiB Toronto 2022 Team

Hey YWiB Toronto! 

We are back in 2022 with a new team and new goals, ideas, and strategies to help our community become the best they can be this year. 

First, we want to introduce ourselves. We are the faces behind YWiB Toronto this year and who you can expect to be interacting with for all of your mentor and mentee needs. 

Meet the 2022 team:

• Charlotte Strahl, President. 

  Charlotte is from Port Perry, Ontario and has a background in sales and communication. She is currently working at Fidelity Investments as a Business Development Manager, and has been there for 3 years. She is excited to bring YWIB back to Toronto, and resume engaging with our network! With COVID almost gone, we are incredibly excited to get back in person with our community.

• Sarah Tarrant, VP Strategy

  Sarah was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario, and moved to Toronto after completing her Bachelor of Commerce at Queen’s University. She is currently a Management Consultant at Accenture, with a focus on Strategy and Operations, where she has worked across a variety of industries to help clients operate more efficiently. Sarah is so excited to be a part of the YWiB team, and is especially looking forward to relaunching the mentorship program “SheMentors” this spring!
  

• Nina Staer Nathan, VP Communications 

  Nina was born and raised in midtown Toronto, and has a background in philosophy, marketing, communications, and international development. She recently started her own business doing communications for nonprofits and small businesses, called Sunflower Communications. Nina is excited to be a part of the YWiB team this year and bring all of her experience and knowledge together to support this community!
